Comment: Fantastic service. I stupidly ordered the wrong parts. I guess this company has seen this many times before. So before dispatch they contacted me to check the serial number of my machine and they discovered I had ordered the wrong model. Not only did they save me the time without the machine on hire And would have lost hire fees and upset customers. They also saved the money of an expensive return postage cost that i would quite rightly have to pay to return tbe items Fantastic service fast delivery. They worked with Mr while I was overseas sorting this out for me I cant recommend this company enough the service is exceptional and not once was I left on hold during the communication Thank you so much for saving my embarrassing moment and the saving of my postage costs and delays.
